A broker can compare lenders for you. Going direct means one lender, one credit policy and one answer. Through us, one application reaches the lenders on our panel of more than 100 most likely to say yes, and you get independent advice on which offer fits.
What we do that a single lender can't
- Compare the market: challenger banks, tier-one banks, specialist funds, asset and invoice financiers, and lenders accredited for the Growth Guarantee Scheme.
- Route your case well: we pre-qualify it and send it to the credit teams most likely to say yes, rather than sending it everywhere.
- Advise independently: on advisory transactions we accept no commission from lenders, and our fee schedule is the same whichever lender we recommend.
- Tell you "not yet" when borrowing isn't the right answer.
- Stay with you: one named advisor from first call to drawdown.
What it costs
When going direct makes sense
If your own bank will offer the amount and term you need at a good rate, and you're confident it's the best deal, going direct can be simpler. We'll tell you if that's the case.
