Yes. We arrange owner-occupier commercial mortgages, to buy or refinance the premises your business trades from, from £100,000 to £5 million.

Typical terms

  • Loan-to-value: usually up to 75% of the property's value, so expect to fund at least the rest yourself.
  • Term: up to 25 years, which keeps repayments in line with a long-life asset.
  • Typical time to funds: 6 to 12 weeks, because of valuations and legal work.

Buying vs refinancing

  • Buying: moving from renting to owning, or buying a second site.
  • Refinancing: replacing an existing mortgage, or releasing equity from premises you already own.

Costs beyond the interest

Expect a valuation fee, legal fees and the lender's arrangement fee. They're shown in your offer. See What other costs should I expect from a lender?.

Owner-occupier only

These mortgages are for premises your own business occupies. They aren't for buying property to let to others.

Under the Growth Guarantee Scheme

Your main home can't be used as security for a GGS facility, but your business premises can. See Does a Growth Guarantee Scheme loan need a personal guarantee?.
