Before appearing on the well known BBC television series "The Apprentice", Lee McQueen had built a highly successful career in the recruitment industry, having worked his way to the top. At the time of leaving his job in January 2008, Lee was responsible for 30 staff and £32 million in turnover.

Lee now runs a highly successful business called Raw Talent Academy which develops internal sales academies for both SMEs and Corporate businesses. Lee has achieved all of his success without having a degree, or being traditionally "academic". Lee strongly believes in encouraging organisations to look at the wider talent that exists in the UK, not just graduates.
We visited Lee at the Raw Talent Academy head office to ask him about his experiences of being in business without a degree, and to get some advice from him on how to succeed as an entrepreneur. You can watch the full interview below:
